For decades Capitol Hill residents have watched the stately Old Naval Hospital at 9th and Pennsylvania S.E. slowly crumble and deteriorate. But now, the city has approved a plan by the Old Naval Hospital Foundation to restore this historic site and make it the Hill Center, a vibrant new setting for lifelong learning, cultural enrichment and community life. |
